Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: August 13, 2026
1. Overview
This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data and connected-account data from Pulse, the marketing analytics dashboard operated by Uniqbe. Pulse accounts are created and managed by an administrator, so data deletion is handled as a request to our team rather than a self-service "delete my account" button.
2. What Gets Deleted
When you request deletion, we remove:
- Your account profile (name, email, assigned role)
- Stored OAuth tokens for any Google or Meta account you connected (Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Facebook Pages, Instagram)
- Marketing performance data synced from your connected accounts
- Your AI query and chat history within Pulse
Data may be retained briefly in backups or logs for security purposes even after deletion from the primary database, and will age out of those systems on their normal retention schedule.
3. How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your data, email info@uniqbe.com from the email address associated with your Pulse account, or ask your Pulse administrator to submit the request on your behalf. Please include:
- Your full name and the email address on your Pulse account
- Your organization/workspace name
- A brief statement that you are requesting deletion of your Pulse account and data
We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request, to prevent unauthorized deletion of someone else's data. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
4. Disconnecting an Account Without Deleting Everything
If you only want to stop Pulse from accessing a specific Google or Meta account — without deleting your whole Pulse account — you can disconnect it from Pulse's Settings page, or remove Pulse's access directly through the provider:
- Google — myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Meta / Facebook — Facebook Business Integrations settings
Removing access this way stops Pulse from syncing new data from that account, but does not automatically delete data already stored in Pulse from before the disconnection — for that, submit a deletion request as described above.
